AI is never, and has never been used to create any of the music, or any element of the music. After some brief experimentation, I also no longer generate AI imagery or visual art of any kind, starting with releases after June 2026. This is due to personal belief and blatant ethical concerns I have about the sourcing of artistic training material for all manner of generative AI.
AI has been used to assist in the creation and coding of this website, and I use Claude Code to assist me in creating fun projects like custom VSTs that I may decide to share, like Downtempo 808.
Two conflicting, but not contradictory things are true to me:
For me, I decided I am comfortable using AI for monotonous or technical tasks, but never artistic or creative endeavors. As such, I pledge to always disclose the use of AI in a straightforward and honest manner.
